Really enjoyed our 3 nights here. We took a double room and it had a balcony, coffee facilities, and a safe box. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom here was nice. The location of the hotel was INCREDIBLE, on the pier.

The sea view from the balcony was amazing.
The pillows were not very comfortable. I found the stairs to the room quite narrow and exhausting after a long day of exploring. It would have been nice to have another mirror in the room for convenience.

Wanted to explore Riomaggiore and this hotel was fine base for doing it. I had a big and beautiful room that was freshly renovated with balcony and an amazing view, as example. The staff were affable and nice all the time of my stay. The location was excellent, because a train station was based easy walk to the venue. I had lunch in Primo Piatto, located nearby.

Consider packing lighter, as navigating the stairs can be tricky, but staff assistance is available for heavier bags.

The location was great for the views, but the noise at night was quite unbearable for me. I can't believe i had to deal with uncomfortable pillows. A complimentary gesture would've been nice, or at least a room upgrade, considering my high expectations. A good review was in sight, but i just couldn't.

Perfect spot by the sea
This place was perfect for our stay! Loved waking up each day with that ocean breeze. The balcony view was wow! Plus, we made good use of the kettle for making tea every morning. Just a heads up, those stairs can be a bit of a workout after exploring Riomaggiore all day. Such a cool experience.
